Resolve Egypt Restructuring & Special Situations Marketplace

How Resolve Works

From distress to recovery

Financial distress does not necessarily mean business failure. With the right capital, restructuring plan and strategic partner, viable businesses can preserve enterprise value, strengthen operations and return to sustainable growth.

  1. 01

    Stress

A viable business meets liquidity pressure, a maturing debt profile, a working capital gap or a shareholder impasse. Recognising it early is what preserves the options.

  2. 02

    Assessment

The company makes a confidential submission. The platform reviews viability, the capital requirement and the realistic transaction structures — before anything reaches an investor.

  3. 03

    Restructuring

The situation is framed as a transaction: what needs refinancing, what needs new equity, what can be disposed of, what has to change operationally.

  4. 04

    Capital

An anonymised opportunity reaches qualified investors whose stated mandate fits. Identity and financial detail follow a confidentiality undertaking, opportunity by opportunity.

  5. 05

    Transaction

Due diligence runs through a controlled data room. Expressions of interest, negotiation and term sheets are tracked through a single managed process.

  6. 06

    Recovery

Completion is only the midpoint. The platform continues to track the turnaround so recovery is measured, not assumed.

Confidentiality

Information is released in four steps. Each step is a decision made by a person, recorded, and reversible.

LevelWhoWhat is released
Level 0 — PublicAnyoneAn anonymised teaser: sector, general location, banded revenue and capital requirement, situation and transaction type. Nothing that identifies the company.
Level 1 — Verified InvestorInvestors verified by the platform teamExtended anonymised information: investment thesis, turnaround potential, use of funds, asset description. Still no identity, still no exact figures.
Level 2 — Confidentiality UndertakingApproved for one specific opportunityCompany identity, exact financial position, debt structure, restructuring plan and investment case. Granted per opportunity — approval on one situation gives nothing on another.
Level 3 — Deal RoomParties in active due diligenceFull transaction information and the document data room. Opened by the platform team, logged in full, and revocable at any moment.
