- Warranty as to the accuracy and completeness of information supplied
- Consent to anonymised publication and the scope of that anonymisation
- Consent to disclosure of identity and confidential information to approved investors under undertaking
- Fees, if any, and when they become payable
- Exclusivity, or the express absence of it
- Withdrawal rights and what happens to information already disclosed
